MAT MIX UP
Monday 6p, Wednesday 6p
A unique Pilates Mat class fusing the repertoire of Pilates mat exercises with small props, therabands and stability balls 
to enhance and intensify the workout. 
Students learn to be aware of their breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging deep muscles of the core.
Every class is different. And every class is a kick-ass workout!
                                       
PILATES FUSION
Thursday 6p, Saturday 9a            
Pilates Fusion combines the core strength training and muscle toning of Pilates with the flexibility, meditative and weight loss elements of Yoga. Both practices involve attaining specific postures and poses, correct breathing and control of the body. The combination creates a strong, streamlined body!

STICK TO BARRE
Saturday 10a
Stick to Barre is a fun way to design a tighter tush, sculpted arms and flat abs. Through isometric and isolated movements you build long lean muscle while improving posture, grace and flexibility. The revolutionary Pilates Stick workout (a dowel-type apparatus and spring-based resistance) offers the benefits of a machine Pilates session in a fun-filled and challenging class environment.These exercises combine so strongly to make a workout like you have never felt before and a body you have never seen before!

A class to bring your heart rate up while strengthening your core, lengthening your muscles and burning FAT.  
With CARDIOCORE, you can burn calories and develop your muscles all at the same time.
